Middle School Field Experiences  Math Property-Opoly Day  A volunteer service learning partnership with Amherst Middle School  A first ring suburban district  The partnership originated when a 6 th grade teacher called the college to share his idea for Property-Opoly Day

5th Annual TEAM Math Conference September 5, 2008 Middle School Field Experiences  Property-Opoly Day  6th grade students have 6 full periods of math for one day  Each class features instruction and exploration of one or more math properties on the NYS 6th grade assessment  Lesson plans featuring manipulatives developed and taught by Buffalo State students
