ALPCS The Airport Land Project Certification System (ALPCS) is a web designed management tool and document management system designed to aid small & medium airports in their Acquisition and Relocation land need for FAA airport projects.

ALPCS ALPCS IS: – Standardized documentation facility for FAA project manager acceptance of airport sponsor certification of Uniform Act compliance – Making the most of current technologies to facilitate and improve assistance to property owners and displaced persons and FAA oversight on FAA assisted projects ALPCS IS NOT: – A substitute for program knowledge or training – A substitute for qualified and competent land acquisition and relocation professionals – Any reduction in service or assistance to property owners or displaced persons
