Concern As A Challenge To empower our community to consistently enforce all rules as it relates to the zero tolerance policy and other lower level infractions. Reword your concern as a challenge or goal, and why this is important to accomplish.

In Conclusion Our goal is to empower our community (both staff and students) to consistently enforce all rules as it relates to the zero tolerance policy and lower level infractions. If we all work as a team we will be able to perform each task listed above.

Goal Accomplished By July 1, 2014, we will know that our over all goal has been accomplished when our orderly retention rate is above 60%, the results of the student satisfaction survey is higher than the national average, and both staff and students are more involved in addressing behaviors that effect our center culture negatively.
