Our walks will cater for all abilities and are all guaranteed to be awe inspiring. Spain is incredibly cheap compared to southern France. The small town Benasque sports many and varied street cafés and fantastic walking shops. Depending on local weddings, celebrations or Saints days there is generally a fiesta at the weekend and talking out of experience they know how to party! Plus, practice that Spanish or even your Flamenco! Amazingly cheap, our campsite has bar, shop and swimming pool and is within easy walking distance of the beautiful mountainside town of Benasque. Although the trip is being organised by the hiking club membership is not necessary so bring anyone whether they’re in Swansea or not. The more the merrier!

Outward Journey Morning of Wednesday 21 st June 06 National Express to London Gatwick * Depending on numbers going and variable flight fares Book onto the hiking club Pyrenees trip at the Travel Shop in the University now! 7.15 am (Check in 1 hour earlier) Easyjet to Toulouse Arrive Toulouse Train to Montrejeau, arrive 3pm Coach to Benasque, arrive early evening on 21 st June Return Journey Coach from Benasque to Montrejeau, leaving Benasque mid afternoon Train from Montrejeau to Toulouse, arrive 6.30 pm 8.40 pm (Check in 1 hour earlier) Easy jet to London Gatwick. Arrive 9.30 pm National Express from Gatwick to Swansea. Arrive Swansea 5.40 am 29 th June Weeks Activities Given the opportunity to walk for 6 full days, walks will vary from gentle strolls to full day expeditions.
