INTRODUCTION The SMART Training Management Software System is a training management system that enables Health and Safety and Training Managers to set up requirements for each job category. To view each employee’s training records individually to ensure all required classes have been completed and are current and up-to-date. Helps to ensure all employees have received adequate training, licenses and certifications.

The SMART Training Management Software System – manages training requirements for multiple job classifications – automates the registration process – provides alerts when training or certifications are past due.

In addition, the system tracks the status of on- going projects, staff assignments to projects and prepares project close-out reports. The system also reminds the manager when annual testing is required and prints and stores the corresponding test certificates.
