Challenges of Collaborative Positions Only the employee is fully aware of the assigned workload More meetings required due to dual reporting structure Extra social fund-but on the other hand extra social activities

It’s about employee fit… Employee competency will be key to making a shared position work 2- 3 years of previous relevant work experience may prove beneficial for a shared position
