INVISIBILITY OF GAYS IN SOUTH ? l LESSONS LEARNED  Lack of prevention materials and access to medical care,  Obstacle to include gays on the civil society  Easy identification of gays by common group,  High risk on visibility of gays actors on HIV prevention

INVISIBILITY OF GAYS IN SOUTH ? LGBTI groups and HIV/AIDS NGO’s cried for help and AIDES a French organisation organized 3 meetings in :  26 participants from 9 African francofone countries were presents l AIMS  To help introduce MSM issues in mainstream HIV organisation’s framework.  To create a suitable space for dialog and exchange.  To bring together MSM and mainstream HIV group together for the purpose of analyzing the impact of HIV on MSM communities.  To identify futur common projects and explore the importance of an alliance work

The visibility of recognizing gay actors on public Health l Project : to mobilize and to strenghthen all civil society actors to make interventions among MSM in Africa  Intern capacity building on fighting against HIV/AIDS (intern tolerance, political implication)  To involve MSM actors on HIV prevention (capacities, skills and action plan)  To build a capacity in all structures to respond on MSM hostil context (advocacy)
