The Title I Funding Process Census Poverty Statistics Congress appropriates $ In the Federal Budget for Title I USDE The USDE applies the current Title I formula to the federal appropriation which determines each district’s allocation. FLDOE FLDOE receives Title I funds from USDE and creates an application process for districts to receive funds. District determines scope of program based on available funds and evaluation data and then applies for funds. Eligible Title I schools are allocated Title I funds based on FRPL.
