The Järfälla Model Meeting schedule - Manager forum - monthly - Practice group - monthly - Municipal group - montly Structured agenda for all meetings ”Together-days” - networking (only heads) Competence development – (alla heads and dep.heads)

The Network Purpose: improving managers' work situation provide opportunities for collaboration learning and development - Local (the School/the Preschool) - Group (the entire municipality) to raise strategic issues develop equal Schools/Preschools in the municipality.
