Progetto Comenius referente Mirella Cusinato 20 26/10/2015 “Straight into Politics” POLITICS is a digital storytelling project. The POLITICS project is built around an e-book “Straight into Politics”. Learners are invited  to form (transnational) teams online  to develop a digital and humorous story based on the scenario of a politically active young person who is convinced he can change the world for the better and organizes an election campaign.

Progetto Comenius referente Mirella Cusinato 21 26/10/2015 “Straight into Politics” Different teams work simultaneously and edit or rewrite the same story. Politics is not just “filling in the blanks” in the story, it is about modifying the story itself, changing examples and illustrations and developing new material.

Progetto Comenius referente Mirella Cusinato 22 26/10/2015 “Straight into Politics” Participants develop their election platform and discuss how to present their ideas to the electorate They have to get acquainted with role of parliament, government and other state structures  Local Governments  National Governments  European Governments

Progetto Comenius referente Mirella Cusinato 23 26/10/2015 The original story “Straight into Politics” provides the seed-corn material inseed-corn 7 languages and catalyst for the development of the participants' digital stories

Progetto Comenius referente Mirella Cusinato 24 26/10/2015 Politics in the University Politics in the University is the story of a young man who, by becoming an adult, discovers what politics is and what he can do to make a change. Throughout the eleven chapters the main character together with his university colleagues set up a campaign, design and form their own political party and get involved in the local elections.

Progetto Comenius referente Mirella Cusinato 25 26/10/2015 The Story of Migrants The Story of Migrants is about identities being part of the society or being an outsider. The first three chapters were written by a trans-national team from Italy, Germany and Finland during the Politics Spring School that took place in April 2011 in Crete, Greece.Politics Spring School Initially, the story focused on situations in which migrants, refugees and expatriates outnumber the “original” population.

Progetto Comenius referente Mirella Cusinato 26 26/10/2015 The Story of Migrants The team of writers had three different cases in mind –  the island of Lampedusa in Italy (and the stream of refugees),Lampedusa  the migrant districts in Berlin (where ‘original’ Germans are minority) andBerlin  the European metropol Brussels (where the proportion of migrants is expected to be about 70% by 2020).Brussels

Progetto Comenius referente Mirella Cusinato 27 26/10/2015 The Story of Migrants Each of the chapters represents a visit to one of these locations and talks about the migrant communities from either the visitor’s or the migrant’s perspective.

Progetto Comenius referente Mirella Cusinato 28 26/10/2015 Educational Scenarios an educational activity in real life situations and not in theory. a story about people and their activities, adapted to fit one or more learning goals. Usually scenarios make use of resources and adopt a pedagogical approach. onal_Scenarios
