Recruitment of Research Staff The HR manual provides for recruitment of research staff for MISR only The University has repositioned as a research led Develop guidelines on creation of positions of research staff Need to establish posts of research professor/chair and fellows across the university units Guidelines be developed on how these staff are sourced

Retooling - DHR University supports retooling of her staff To enhance their knowledge and skills, research staff shall undertake: – Sabbaticals – International exchanges – Training workshops – Short courses – Seminars
