In the early morning,
high within the mountains of Taiwan,
Chinese women begin harvesting oolong tea.
They pick the fresh, tender leaves from the top of the tea plant.
The leaves are put out in the sun to oxidize.
The leaves are then dried indoors before being packed up and shipped.
Taiwan produces an exquisite oolong tea with a rich, deep taste and health properties that aid in digestion, help lower cholesterol and speed up metabolism.
