HIV/AIDS does not have a medical roots it spread more because of social behaviour reason. Stigma Bias/discrimination. Lack of awareness Lack of social action. Lack Collective cultural response. Lack of bigger responsibility at individual and collective level.

Awareness vs. Prevention Being aware of HIV/AIDS does not ensure that you will be free from HIV/AIDS. Unless you put your knowledge and information about HIV/AIDS into your behaviour now and always, here and everywhere.

Prevention vs. Care and Support HIV is not contagious hence it cannot spread without live contact. One cannot get infected unless one puts ones behaviour guards down. Everyone cannot be on guards all the time with everyone. Unless the people disclose their HIV status it is impossibility to put stops to HIV spread.

If a person reveal his HIV status? He will get only Stigma/discrimination/hate from society and family members and no support and sympathy at all. If a family choose to care and support their infected family member/ Stigma/discrimination/hate from society and family members and no support and sympathy at all. Why should one disclose once HIV/AIDS status.

Living with HIV/AIDS Understand HIV is not AIDS. Understand you cannot Cure HIV/AIDS but we can Treat it. Understand we can widen the time gap between HIV and AIDS. Voluntary testing is the first step toward treatment. Managing your life i.e. body, food, emotion, relation, mental state, spiritual life along with economic is the ultimate step.
