Planning & Organization Create a Media Plan to Publicize Locally DEA widely publicizes MPN will release to major Media outlets, including the Macomb Daily, Detroit News/Free Press, major TV and Radio stations
Planning & Organization Identify Volunteers for Event Involve Adult Coalition Members & Other Volunteers Involve Youth** 1 to 2 Adults per site 2 to 3 Youth per site
Planning & Organization Determine Shifts for Volunteers Example: 10 to 12 noon Noon to 2 p.m.

Give options: Local newspaper (which one), church newsletter, (which one) school, saw poster (where), other? Why are you disposing today? Give options: expired/unused medications; reduce youth access to medications; protect environment; other? Would you like to be notified by email for the next event? (provide space for email)
