Goal 1: Diversity Recruitment Continue to follow state and federal requirements for the recruiting and hiring of minorities, with the goal of increasing the presence of well-qualified minority employees on our faculty and staff payroll. Evaluate efficiency of our current diversity recruitment methods.

Goal 2: Improve Document Imaging Increase value of document imaging system by expanding scanning to archived exited full and part time files, contracts, and staff information data sheets. Continue to archive new full-time hires. Research and follow regulations for shredding original documents. Create and implement plan for more efficient and organized scanning and filing procedures.

Goal 3: Sexual Harassment Training Continue to research & price creative methods for providing sexual harassment and EEO training for all employees in order to improve employee understanding of laws and regulation. Draft proposal for improved training, including supervisor vs. non-supervisor training. Implement new training procedures, if approved, as soon as possible for current employees, then include as part of new hire training for all new employees.

Goal 4: New Race/Ethnicity Reporting Implement use of new race/ethnicity codes when reporting employee information, as required by the US Department of Education. Update necessary hiring forms to reflect these mandated changes. Collect data from current employees and update in Colleague

Goal 5: E-Verify Compliance Remain 100% compliant with E-Verify system by reporting all new full and part time hires to Department of Homeland Security Keep E-Verify documentation by scanning and keeping originals in employee files.
