ACADEMIC GPA For enrollment, most colleges are only looking at Your Academic GPA from High School Math, Science, Social Studies, Language Arts

Start Early Most Colleges require a minimum of 3.0 GPA; therefore, you should focus on achieving a high GPA as early as the 9 th grade, because it will be very difficult to recover your GPA during your junior and senior year, if you performed poorly in your 9 th and 10 th grade year
