1 ABC Waters Programme The programme involves the transformation of our concrete drains, canals and reservoirs into beautiful, vibrant and flowing streams, rivers and lakes. Projects are divided into 3 Catchments in Singapore: Western, Central and Eastern. A total of 6 projects will be introduced in 2008.
