PATRON Teliga Leonid was born on 28 May 1917 in Wiaźma in Russia in the district of Smolensk. He was a sailor, the first man to circumnavigate the globe alone. He is the patron of our school from 25 May Teligas fates are linked to Grodzisk Mazowiecki. He lived here with his family at Traugutta street.Here he went to elementary school and middle school. Here, too, being a young boy he began to dream of a lonely voyage. In Leonid Teliga died in a hospital in Warsaw.
