Based on Fall 2013 to Fall 2014 Measures of Academic Progress (MAP) data For students who have been enrolled and completed the MAP assessments since Fall 2013 to current Target Growth is based on averages for peers of the same age and same assessment based on the scaled scores

 Some of our schools have seen an increase, while others have not.  What does this mean for students with Individualized Education Plans Proficiency for this year? Projections?
