Conclusions Healthy Choices, an MI intervention, showed potentials in reducing anal sex and sex with HIV-negative or unknown partners among HIV+ young Thai MSM in this pilot study. Improvement in mental health was noted in HIV+ young Thai MSM who received Healthy Choices. Study retention rate was significantly higher in Healthy Choices group than in Control group. Study limitation: High rate of loss to follow-up in Control group. Funding support: NIH, R34MH077523
