64th INDEPENDENCE DAY FUNCTION 65th INDEPENDENCE DAY FUNCTION

BVS Parsi High School celebrated the 65th Independence Day of Pakistan with great zeal on 14 th AUGUST 2O12.

The Pakistani flag was hoisted at the School with scouts marching and saluting the flag.

The four houses had prepared for the function with great enthusiasm which was witnessed in the speeches, the songs and especially the folk dance. Mr. Rustom Baria, the Chief Guest, was overwhelmed by the talent in school.

The Principal in her speech explained that we Pakistanis need to work for our beloved country the way our Quaid e Azam did, conduct ourselves with dignity, the way he did and dedicate ourselves selflessly the way he was.

Mr. Rustom Baria, who was retired from the school as a Head Cashier after serving for 14 years, awarded “The Principal Medals of Academic Excellence” to the following students: Primary: (4 C) Abdul Basit Javed 94.77% (Rezashah House) Secondary: (8 B) Muhammad Waqar 92.40% (Rezashah House) Cambridge: (6 E) M.Asshad Tanveer 91.17% (Rezashah House )
