Lessons Learned CMS shows potential to increase production on lateral CIPP projects. Verifying the cure cycle along the entire length of the liner allows the installer to know when it is safe to remove the bladder instead of over cooking to ensure a complete cure. Removing heat and pressure prematurely from a liner can cause a variety of problems that can result in significant cost to the contractor. Verifying the cure will reduce the number of failures due to uncured resin CMS technologies will work with all resin systems and curing methods. Problem areas including bellies and active infiltration are apparent during the cure and the software can alert you to a potential problem with your cure. Specifications for each resin system can be programed into the CMS and will alert the installers when temperature and time limits have been reached. Data files can be used as cure log and ad a new level of quality control to any CIPP project.
