The school is divided into teams called 'houses' and each student is allocated to one house. Houses compete with one another through- out the school year, gaining house points for their teams total score.

The theme of the house names comes from people who have changed the world. The junior BLT team worked long and hard on selecting the names. So who is ……………….. (member of the Junior BLT team to introduce the person who their House is named after).
Now we need to start working as a team to earn as many points as possible! Where do we start? I need to: 1. Make sure I get to school EVERY DAY 2. Make sure I get in ON TIME 3. Work hard in all lessons, trying to get as many merits as possible 4. Bring my READING BOOK to school with me every day 5. Listen out for HOUSE COMPETITIONS that I can enter into the help the team
