In 2012 only 9 states legalized same-sex marriage. In 2015 only 15 states have not legalized same-sex marriage. In the summer of 2015 the Supreme Court could make a ruling legalizing same-sex marriage across the U.S. This emergence is no accident, it has been planned for years.
