Action plan "PLATO SERBIA“ RCC Subotica 1 st monthly session Date November 13th Time 16:00- 20:00 Place Mlekara Subotica, Subotica Topic of the meeting Motivation of employees Expert name Aleksandar Nikolić, main coordinator PLATO SERBIA project Responsible Coordinator, mentors and host of meeting Conclusion On the meeting were present 16 participants. Before meeting, all participants, mentors, cooordinator and others visited company "Mlekara"Sc. The main coordinator A. Nikolić had a brief on the theme "Motivation", and duration of discussion + party was four hours. All participants consider the meeting was successful. All participants participated in discussion. For their needs, coordinator i mentors will find a questionnaire about motivatin employees. All patricipants in their company will try to fortify the level of motivation. Evaluation Average estimation = 8,2 (Notice: estimation of enjoyment - from 1 to 10 /10 is best estimation/

The expert Mr Dražen Marić, MBA, presented theme: Market progression on the new market.For all participants, after presentation and discussion, important a change manner consideration about buyers and market. Necessary more time to be in planning one`s own business and needs of buyers. Duration of discussion and party was about four o`clock. For all participants there are suggestion: make questionnaire about motivation with last session and analysis own market. On the meeting was 16 participants as representati-ves of SMEs. Evaluation Average estimation = 8,4 (mark from 1 to 10 = 10 is the best)

Action plan "PLATO SERBIA" RCC Subotica 3 rd monthly session Date January 15 th, 2010 Time 16: :00 Place Meat industry "Topola" Bačka Topola Topic of the meeting Problems solution for outstanding accounts payment Expert name Ivan Vojnić Tunić, regional coordinator PLATO and Ivana Šikanja, financial director of IM "Topola" Responsible Coordinator, mentors and host of meeting Conclusion On the meeting were present 18 participants. On the beginning, host presented company, and it was very good introduction for discussion about theme. Experts of theme were Ivan Vojnić Tunić with presentation: Problems solution for outstanding accounts payment and Ivana Šikanja financial director with her experiences in business. After this presentation, SMEs representatives were participated in discussion, which were very interesting and quality. Overall conclusion: more detailed check of buyers, control quality and condition of future`s partners, more attention about bills of sale, to have guarantee for payment. Evaluation Average estimation = 8,8 (mark from 1 to 10 = 10 is best)

Expert name Mr Dražen Marić, MBA Responsible Coordinator, mentors and host of meeting Conclusion Expert of theme was Mr Dražen Marić presented his knowledge from sphere of sale: How to raise the sale? During discussions, representatives of SMEs spoke about their problems and positives cases. For all participants very important question level of stores. As effective process in each company - education of business administrators, motivation of workmen in the sale, establishing spirit, organization of tastings in selling`s centre. In time before us, we must to consider about e-market. Overall conclussion: there are problems about level of sale and satisfaction of sale, but decision to us fortunately. On the meeting was 17 representatives of SMEs. Evaluation Average estimation = 7,9 (mark from 1 to 10 = 10 best)

Action plan "PLATO SERBIA“ RCC Subotica 5 th monthly session DateMarch 12 th, 2010 Time 16: :00 Place Bane Ltd Subotica Topic of the meeting SOFTWARE - systems in companies Expert name Bagi Janoš, BSC Responsible Coordinator, mentors and host of meeting Conclusion The fifth session was held in the enterprice which called BANE Ltd. The session was attended by the representatives of 18 enterprises. This topic was presented by Bagi Janoš, BSC, who is specialist for questions of software. After presentation, mentors active participated and they led discussions betwen all participants. Overall conclusion:Internet, software, skype and others things, connected computers are very important for business. Job can not be led without computers and software. For all companies is very important knowledge about one`s own business. If we knew one`s own job we can ask a claim of software. During discussion all partitipants spoke about theirs experinces and need for quickly information. Overall opinion: This session was a very succsessful meeting. Evaluation Average estimation = 8,7 (mark from 1 to 10 = 10 is best)

Action plan "PLATO SERBIA" RCC Subotica 6 th monthly session DateApril 9 th, 2010 Time 16:00- 20:00 Host and place Osmor co Ltd Hajdukovo, Vinski dvor, Hajdukovo Topic of the meeting Increase business efficacy Expert name Ivan Vojnić Tunić, executive secretary RCE Subotica Responsible Coordinator, mentors and host of meeting Conclusion Final session from first round of six meetings we held in very beautiful place called Vinski dvor (Wine`s castle). Topic of the sixth theme was Increase bussines efficacy. This theme presents a crown on earlier themes and our activities. Ivan Vojnić Tunić was expert, because this theme is his speciality from economy. On the session presented 17 representatives of SMEs and everybody participated in discussions. During of meeting very important were experiences, because efficacy of business is essencial of each job. Especilly interest everyone of participants had from sphere information about tradicional and modern principle of presentation about effectivity and efficacy.During the meeting all SMEs noted a regarding of stakeholders.Participants considered need to have aims in business and accept competition. Evaluation Average estimation = 8,06 (mark from 1 to 10=10 best)
