Smart Meter Texas Outage Update! Smart Meter Texas AMS Data File Catch-up Schedule:  DAY AFFECTED: Saturday March 21, 2015 until Monday April 27, 2015 (Backfill of Missing Data)  Effective April 27, 2015 All Backfill of Missing Data is complete Smart Meter Texas Planned Maintenance Outage:  DAY AFFECTED: Saturday May 9th, :00 AM CST until Sunday May 10th, :00 AM CST--- outage duration initially estimated.  Reasons and Update to Market Communications: Planned maintenance activities were conducted and completed at SMT to cut over to the new infrastructure platform database.  This maintenance required a 9-hour outage of SMT portal services listed below,  Website Access  HAN Services  ODR Service  API Services  Enrollment Service  Historical Backfill Service  All of the above named portal services were available and functioning normally when maintenance was completed on Saturday May 9 th, :00 PM CST May 13, 2015RMS Update to COPS8

ERCOT IT Retail Incidents Updates! ERCOT’s Premature transitioning of MarkeTrak Issues (Issue auto-closed or state incorrectly re-assigned)  This occurred on February 4, February 11 and February 24, 2015  Investigation determined that a database parameter was getting changed by the MarkeTrak application.  No re-occurrence of the issue since 02/24/15  Vendor root cause investigation:  Unable to reproduce the issue under multiple scenarios  No other customers have reported this issue Red Flag / System Generated Notices for ERCOT’s Unplanned Outages: ◦ Ted Hailu (ERCOT) planned to bring additional information to RMS next month, they are working out red flag system generated s functionality so the system will know what, when and how to communicate unplanned outages via once red flag is triggered.. ◦ ERCOT is also proposing market notifications would be triggered during both business and non-business hours and these ERCOT notification changes would require updates to “Appendix A” of COPS Communication guide ◦ ERCOT planned to work with RMS/COPS/CSWG to make applicable revisions to COPS’ Market guide. ERCOT Browser Assessment! Browser Compatibility Assessment Update  David Forfia ( ERCOT) stated ERCOT will know more by the June 2 nd RMS meeting following the completion of additional Browser upgrade compatibility testing of:  MarkeTrak,  Congestion Revenue Rights (CRR) and  NMMS Model On Demand systems.  01_RMS_Browser_Presentation___001.pptx 01_RMS_Browser_Presentation___001.pptx  ERCOT will also provide monthly updates to TDTWG and RMS.
