Polar Bears  By: Jacob Arends  4/8/11

Where they live  They live in the arctic area and in Antarctica.

What they eat  They eat anything from fish to baby seals.

Who hurts them  Potchers and hunters  They kill them for their fur and meat.  That’s why there becoming extinct.

Why did I choose this species  The reason why I chose this endangered species is because I've seen how they treat them. If we didn’t have this organism then the seal and fish population will be high and over populated. When we have this organism in our environment it keeps the population down.

 Nothing is being done to protect this awesome animal so they are becoming extinct.  For their to be more of them you need to stop polluting the environment and stop hunting them.
