PQMD July 21, A unique standard setting alliance promoting high quality delivery of donated health care goods to underserved and vulnerable populations Current Focus Strategic Approach Improving Global Health through Partnerships GIS mapping & metrics Increase development & education for alliance members and stakeholders Promote sound policy toward higher quality health and development aid Advancing Quality Medical Donations & Delivery Worldwide ALIGN Strengthening alliances across sectors to expand the ability to protect, nurture and prevent vulnerable and underserved populations now and in the future DELIVER All members are required to be significantly engaged in making quality donations to underserved and vulnerable populations and the institutions that serve them and to adhere to PQMD standards RESEARCH Researching and establishing standards regarding the delivery of pharmaceuticals, machinery and medical devices to targeted populations EDUCATE Educating others and advocating for improved practices, and policies that support the health and well being of underserved and vulnerable populations PQMD aims to create a center of excellence for product donations & delivery
