Report Example Sum up the units from the Program Services page Uses the vAdhocServices view –Examples Pounds of Food from the food shelf Minutes (or Hours) spent serving Clients Meals served at Congregate Dining or Meals on Wheels

50 Fields List This report will try to Sum Up any fields that appear to be numbers Group by Service to get subtotals for each Service Check Drilldown to get details Leave Drilldown unchecked to get summary report

Choose the View

Use logical statements to select the content of the report

Sort the records in the report

Use Grouping to create Breaks or Sub Totals in the report

Un-Check the Drilldown to get Summary Results

Demographic Information Specific client or household data for clients that received service in a program or a specific service in a program. The vAdhocServices view has Head of Household Demographic data and Household Information

Select Date Range on Main Page

Narrow down Selections by Service

Narrow down Selections and remove duplicates Remove Service Date Check Distinct

More Group by Demographic Item Group by Service or Select service Remove Service to get Unique information by Program

List or count clients, families, or households that received service from any program in a specific time frame This is just a further refinement of the last report

Remove Programs and Services and Group by ORGName Group by OrgName

Remove Poverty Level

Verify City and Zip Code For Central Intake –vAdhocDemographics For Snapshot – Program Entry –vAdhocServices –vAdhocSnapshot

Selections Select City and Zip Use Distinct
