3 Adding New Contacts
4 Fill in the necessary information and click Save and add another to input your clients
5 With the new Import/Export feature you can import contacts from any source that has.csv format Select the area or areas that you wish to download into CMS
6 You have a Column Sort called Owner Mail Label Grid for CMS
7 Select your records, check Tab Delimited and click next. Save Header info and click next.
8 Save the data to your documents in a.txt format
9 Save under a name not the computer link assigned
10 Open Excel and open the file The file is saved under a.txt file. Be certain to look for it there and not under an Excel extension.
