Goals -Create an insurance site in the time given. -Work tighter and help each other. -Communicate effectively though out the project. -Insure whole site and content are working appropriately. -Produce an effective product that has quality.

Buy policy -Customer will have the opition on three kinds of policy types: basic, medium or premium. -The customer will have the option on three different kinds of coverage offered by our company, they are business coverage. Equipment coverage and life coverage.

Billing -Via billing customer has the options to: 1)Submit a payment 2)Set payment plan 3)View invoice

Support -Via support customer has the options to: 1)Ask a question regarding their policy. 2)View previous communication made between customer and administrator. -The admin is given the power to: 1)Answer any question submitted by the customer. 2)View previous communication made between the customer, including all questions and answers submitted by customer and other members of the staff.

Challenges -Lack of experience using php or html -Adjusting to other peoples schedule out side of school -Communication issues -Deadlines -Collaborating as a team.
