What is Reflexology?  Similar to acupuncture but non-invasive  Uses pressure applied through fingers to reflex points of the hands and feet  Pressure has stimulating effect on targeted parts of the body  Safe and relaxing

Reflexology Benefits  Reduce stress and tension  Improve circulation  Alleviate pain  Balance the nervous system  Boost the lymphatic function  Stimulate sluggishness and congestion  Improve sleep  Detoxify and cleanse the body  Improve skin tone and condition  Promote self-healing Wynn, 2006
