Page 2 ERCOT Project Status Bus Lead:Each sub project has a lead Richard Gruber / Jim Galvin are Director level support PPL: Source: ERCOT Priority: 1.1 Rank: 17 Program Area: RO What prompted the project: CASUP identified EAI as a major challenge for ERCOT PR-40066_06 was initiated to evaluate EAI vendors, and to make a recommendation on how ERCOT should implement its future EAI strategy. ERCOT worked with three short listed vendors to install their products in a lab environment and performed a set of reliability, performance, manageability and productivity tests. The tests resulted in a recommendation to replace SeeBeyond with the TIBCO EAI product.
