THE PROCESS CPS.com works directly with the distributor to design and create your customer branded online store. Distributors offer you expertise in selecting the right mix of merchandise for your company’s needs. Once all product, item colors, and logo selection are finalized the items are systematically loaded into the store. Once the store goes live, the user links directly to the store through a link on their own website or by using a link provided by CPS.com
THE PROCESS The user can browse merchandise, select items, logos, sizes, etc….just like any other online shopping experience. The user adds merchandise to cart and checks out using a credit card, P.O. #, gift certificate or a combination of billing options. The order is automatically sent for fulfillment and a copy is also sent to the program administrator, and (if desired) a central contact at your company. If the P.O. option is used, the program administrator must approve the order before it is released into production and fulfillment.

Q: Is there any inventory commitment for the distributor or end user client? A: No, our unique streamline system allows us to offer the program with no upfront commitment of inventory. Q: What is the minimum quantity for an individual order? A: Most items have a minimum quantity of 1 piece. Depending on option, supplier partners, and items you choose for your program there may be minimums on certain items. Q: Do I need to process the credit card? A: No, we take care of processing the credit card on our secure online processing system. Distributors do have an option to process credit cards. Q: Is there a limit of how many products we can offer? A: You can offer as many of the items provided by our supplier partners at no additional charge. 15 “custom” items are included in the set up fee. See “items not offered by supplier partners” below. Q: How many logos can be offered in a store? A: As many as you want. Q: How much does the online solution cost? A: $999(net) set up for the first year. $499(net) renewal fee for each additional year plus a 5% transaction fee on all orders processed through the system. FAQ’S
Q: Can you include items not offered by the supplier partners? A: Yes, you can offer up to 15 additional items not offered by our supplier partners. The distributor is responsible for inventory and fulfillment for those orders. Additional products can be added for an additional fee. Q: How does a distributor get paid? A: The distributor will receive a monthly revenue check for all proceeds that processed through the store minus the 5% transaction fee. Each supplier will bill distributor for items proceed that month. A report will accompany the check explaining what and how much was sold. Q: Who sets up the store? A: CompanyPromoStore.com along with our supplier partners work with the Distributor to set up the store through an easy to follow step by step process. Q: Does a distributor need to create PO’s for each order? A: No, our streamline ordering process sends the order directly to the supplier for fulfillment. Q: Who are the supplier partners?
