F3 Professional Development Getting Started Choose a date that is convenient for both the CEP instructor and the College liaison. Design your agenda and confirm presenters. Include vendors-they may help with gifts/lunch. Invite CEP instructors, Principals and School Counselors. Have attendees sign in. F3 Require evaluations to be filled out and handed in to receive the gift at the end of the program. Provide Certificates of Participation to all attendees. Provide a meal: breakfast/lunch/dinner.

F3 Professional Development Wish List: Require release time for CEP instructors to attend professional development days in the CEP contract. Require college liaisons to attend P.D. as part of their CEP duties. Offer stipends to CEP teachers and liaisons. Order CEP gifts for attendees. Offer a session(s) that will be of interest to the CEP instructors’ own professional growth.

F3 Professional Development “Pack the House with Standing Room Only” Provide awards to the high school Principal for support of CEP in their school.
