Forming and Managing Challenge Groups Team Next Level

Joining Coaches’ Challenge Group As a new coach, we encourage you to join an experienced coaches’ Challenge Group, especially if you haven’t taken part in one. – Ask your upline Diamond or Star Diamond to be added to a group. – Message me or post in TNL that you are looking for a group. Add your customers in there as well. Shows you how to keep people engaged, committed, and how to run groups yourself. Your customers will have support from the experienced coach, you, and the other group members.

Forming Own Facebook Group To form your own Facebook Challenge group, under “Groups” on the left hand column on the main Facebook page you will see “Create Group.” Create a unique group name. – i.e. Beast Maniacs Must add at least one Challenge Group member in order to open page. Make sure the group is “closed” or “secret.”

Getting Them Started The first thing you will need to do is create a document that lays out all the rules and guidelines. – “Files” and then “Create Doc.” – 6 Requirements Document 6 Requirements Document Next, welcome everyone to the group and let them know that you posted the Rules and Guidelines in the “Files” section and that they need to go over them. Have them introduce themselves, sharing a little about their “why” and goals. – If they are reserved and don’t share much, encourage them to open up. – If their “why” is very vague, encourage them to dig deeper and discover their true “why.” Helps you hold them accountable.

Taking Results Pictures In the very beginning, it’s important that you stress the IMPORTANCE of your Challenge Group members taking pictures every 30 days throughout their journey! Some may not want to post, and that’s OK, but make sure they take the pictures. This will help them stay motivated and committed, and will also help them greatly with credibility if they decide to become a coach. Plus, they can submit them for the Beachbody Challenge, where they can win money and prizes.

Staying Organized Organization is going to be key to the success of your Challenge Group. Create an Excel program with each Challenge Group member so that each day you can go through and keep track of whether or not they posted. – If not, message them and remind them of their initial commitment to post every day and that the group needs their support. – If they still don’t post, message them again and let them know that you will have to remove them if they don’t start posting.

Coach Daily Activities It’s important that you post a “Challenge of the Day” for them to complete every day. – Keeps them committed and motivated. – Challenges of the Day Challenges of the Day Make sure you go through each post every day and answer any questions, concerns, and encourage those who are struggling. – To stay organized, I do this at the same time every single day, and don’t go back until the following day. Check in yourself every day, posting something positive, motivational, and let them know that you are staying committed as well. – Be a leader by example.

Contests Occasionally you can hold contests, giving the group members a chance to win prizes. – i.e. T-shirt, Shakeology, shaker cup, hat, etc. – Keeps them committed and motivated. For example, you can hold a week long Challenge where you will pick the most supportive group member during the week, or maybe where you give a prize to the person who posts the most accountability pictures.
