1. Providing technology to support instruction and to assist with stakeholder communication. 2. Identifying and providing new positions that support systemic improvement within the district. (Human resource director, curriculum coordinators, coordinator of school nutrition, school health coordinator, public relations). 3. Nurturing an exceptionally collaborative and supportive relationship among the Director of Schools, the Board of Education, the Anderson County Government, County Commissioners, staff, the business community and parents.

1. Improve Graduation rate of high school students. 2. Market more effectively the vision, mission and beliefs of the Anderson County Schools. 3. Develop formative assessments for all content areas and grade levels. 4. Identify student outcomes that focus on higher order thinking skills.

Develop action plans to address the recommendations made by the team. Include methods for monitoring progress toward the recommendations
