Types of Flours Name products that can be made using the following types of flour

Granary Flour – Contains the whole grain of the wheat including the bran or endosperm – nuts and seeds are also added Wholemeal Flour – Contains the whole grain of the wheat including the bran or endosperm Spelt Flour – made from a form of grain that doesn’t contain wheat or gluten Types of Flour Rye Flour – wheat free and high in fibre
