1st Read – On your own, skim the Essay Annotate for Vocabulary – I don’t know the meaning of this word (min. 5) And write the definition in the margins Does the definition you selected fit the context? For example, ‘base’ has many meanings; however, in paragraph 5 ‘base’ means: “selfish lack of human decency” LOOK IT UP!!
