Reminders If you or any covered member becomes Medicare eligible during the year, you must contact Human Resources / Benefits and that member must enroll in Medicare Part A and B. Failure to enroll could result in additional costs and loss of coverage.

Reminders Only those dependents who were eligible for coverage at your retirement can be covered under Gwinnett County Retiree Health Plans. No changes – no action required. –Your coverages will roll over. –You can print a Confirmation Statement to verify your plans without making any changes.
