Who can get this income? Basic: students children pensioners Additional: widows orphans

Each student receives a scholarship in the amount established by the educational institution Every child since birth to 3 years paid allowance Each pensioner to achieve 45 years receives a pension depending on seniority If a person has lost its second half (widows), but it has minor children, the state must provide the means average. The same is being done in relation to the orphans Conditions for obtaining cash payments
