Has the information encouraged you to do anything differently in the future? Doing (exploring your actions now and for the future) What actions might you take now you have completed this session? Action Plan (What key changes / actions will you make in the next six months?) After completing this session what key priorities will you add to your action plan to improve your practice in the next six months.

Assessment of learning

“In the beginning I felt that there was little that I needed to consider. But this section has allowed me to begin to think differently and see things from others perspectives.”

“I am more aware of how my behaviour in the past could have affected others. Such as how my drive to get things done may have offended team members in the past by coming across as blunt and harsh. It may have appeared that I am not open to the opinion of others. I have learned I need to step back and take into account views from all other people involved before embarking on any actions.”

“My attitudes have changed as I was completing these sessions because I am now looking after the wellbeing of our staff.”

“I feel in my role I can influence others and therefore my beviour is important in influencing others behaviours. I must set the standard for how I think others should appear.”
