CAN YOU FEEL IT?? Please play!

 B ad times don’t last. Things get better. Stay optimistic.  O ther people can help if you talk to them.  U nhelpful thinking makes you feel more upset. Think again.  N obody’s perfect. Not you, not others.  C oncentrate on the positives, no matter how small.  E verybody experiences sadness, hurt, failure, rejection, and setbacks sometimes; not just you. They are a normal part of life.  B lame fairly. How much of what happened was because of YOU, OTHERS, or BAD LUCK?  A ccept what you can’t change; try to change what you can.  C atastrophizing exaggerates your worries. Don’t believe the worst possible picture.  K eep things in perspective. It’s one part of your life. REMEMBER TO BOUNCE BACK!

 Courage – facing your fears!  Optimistic thinking skills – looking on the bright side!  Managing feelings – recognize your feelings  Relationship skills – Getting Along with others  Humor  Helpful thinking skills – no bullying!  Success  Self-knowledge  Goal setting skills  Persistence RESILIENCY SKILLS

 W hat are your strengths? How do you know?  I nteresting mistakes will happen. Don’t be afraid to make them.  N o effort, no results.  N ever give up. (well, hardly ever).  E thics and decency are the rule (or it’s not worth it).  R isk taking is sometimes necessary  S mart goal setting helps you plan and succeed. SETTING AND ACHIEVING GOALS: WINNERS!
