Existing Areas in USA and ? in R8 ?

Areas in Regions 1 – 6 Character of Region 8 and Areas ??? R1-6 are in the same country, the same language, the same economy, regulations, the same mentality... R8 (9, 10) is (are) different and have to integrate not differentiate(!) for successful cooperation on projects. R8 is very successful as homogenous Region in spite of differences in 50 countries with diff. regulations and diff. economic levels, 50 languages, several (5,..) religions,... In R8 we are solving all problems together from the very begining, experienced Sections are giving example to new Sections to get IEEE standards smoothly – new Sections are bringing new ideas.

Areas in R8 not progress We were integrating Europe (also Africa and Middle East want to cooperate broader) for 50 years for cooperation (? proposed map?) Nordic, Southern, Western, Eastern, African groups and some groups with the same religion would bring very local, specific proposals to deal with and hardly to be accepted later in the whole Region. Operation of Areas would cost additional money, which is missing for professional activity already.
