CALENDAR of REPORTS DUE IS YOUR FRIEND

PLAN…PLAN…PLAN SIGNATURE GUIDELINES SCD, CONFERENCE & EPISCOPAL Documents requiring the signature of the D.S. must be in the SCD office no less than 14 days in advance of the deadline for signature. All documents that require a D.S. signature AND a Conference/Episcopal signature must be in the SCD office no less than 30 days in advance of the deadline for signature.

PLAN…PLAN…PLAN TAKE YOUR DAYS OFF You are encouraged to take your days off. In fact, soon we will be sending out a communication asking you to respond on what your days off are. Then, we will work hard to not contact you on those days Tell us when you are going on vacation. Just send a simple to me and copy Dr. Monroe informing us of your time off, who is covering the pulpit and any other particulars we need to know.

PLAN…PLAN…PLAN SCD BRAND NEW DAY NETWORK A network of Church Administrators You know they are one of your biggest assets. Utilize them and train them. Those of you who do not have a “paid staff” serving in this capacity, get a volunteer to help. * Don’t forget your option to come to the SCD for one-on-one administrator training!
