HOW DOES THE COEA WORK? Each Chapter establishes its own selection criteria.Each Chapter establishes its own selection criteria. WHAT IS THE BOTTOM LINE IN THE COEA? PES will provide, at no cost to the Chapter, a plaque to the recipient.
