Class Course Content Aim: Equal Opportunities, New Technology, Professional Motivation Approach Theoretical Seminars on the ICT sector Testimonials from women occupying senior positions in public and private sector (ICTs) Laboratories: work group discussions on themes of the course Duration Course: 30 hours Session: 3 hours maximum

Class Participants and Their Careers 26 graduates mostly from social sciences, top grades (110/110) and searching for first employment

Results of 2006 Evaluation - Some Conclusions Programme can be improved by, for instance, adding: An ICT module to stimulate the learming and use of programmes of specific relevance to management; A module of preparation and support for the period of “stage,” aimed at providing operational instruments to face the stage with time management for complex organizational learning, including technical data and information, organizational routines and relational competences, etc.
