Data Storage H Drive  You have access to a personal network drive called the “H” drive.  This is 250MB of space where you can keep your most crucial documents.  Data stored on the H drive is backed up nightly by IS.  The documents which are stored here are only accessible by you.  How do you access the H Drive?  or NEED HELP? Departmental Data Departmental Drive  Your departmental drive can be located under any letter.  The most common letter is “R”  The departmental drive is 1 GB of space shared by everyone in your department.  Data files stored here are most commonly shared.  This drive is also backed up nightly by IS.  How do you access department drive?
