September rd Workshop Phnom Penh 2.Appeal Process introduced for 2 nd cohort appeal form on EMMA web page process: - form send applicant to head of EMMA QA - pre-check and evaluation by EMMA QA coordinator incl. feedback from involved EMMA partners -> proposal for decision - final decision by board of directors 2 nd cohort: one appeal - new additional documents to change to TG3 (after deadline) - appeal declined: -> documents were delivered after deadline -> poorness is no criteria Quality Assurance
