What have we done since April 2011? Daily helpline Face-to-face support (staff & IPS) - preparing paperwork, attending school/multi-agency meetings, visiting schools… Continued the Choice Advice Service for Nottinghamshire Continued specialist support for exclusions, appeals and for Asian parents Set up local Drop-In sessions based in existing support groups Supported the Asian parents’ groups to become independent Continued involvement with both City and County Parent/Carer Forums Increased the involvement of IPS and welcomed some new volunteers Revised two leaflets, produced new helpsheet.....
